Origins in development cooperation		COMO GmbH is a consultancy firm founded in 1993. COMO's origins lie in consulting and evaluating projects and programmes in the area of international development cooperation. COMO demonstrates its extensive international and intercultural competencies through our various activities as assesors, evaluators and consultants. COMO consults e.g. by order of the German International Cooperation (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH), Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) and World Bank actors of international development cooperation, public administration or the private sector in Latin America, Africa and Asia.

Consultancy in Germany		Since 1997, COMO has been providing consultancy services in Germany to clients from various sectors and areas of activity (public administration, networks, NGOs and private sector). Therefore the quality of our work is greatly enhanced by our extensive domestic and international experience. The main focus of our work includes human resource and organisational development, strategy development and implementation, planning and evaluation, project management as well as quality management.

Network partners		We work jointly with our network of established cooperation partners when the consultancy situation requires it.
