Training programme for organisational consultants

After many years of practical consultancy in Germany and abroad we would like to share our experiences with interested consultants and practitioners and extend our network of cooperation partners. We offer an in-service training programme that addresses the central challenges of organisational consulting and in addition sets an intercultural course.

Objectives of the formation

• Intensify knowledge on and develop confidence and capacity as a consultant
• Become acquainted with practice and use different approaches to consulting
• Gain experience of different methods
• Be able to use components of organisational consulting such as clarification of appointment and roles, planning of interventions, process design etc.
• Gain insights into typical areas of work of organisational consulting
• Augment capability of reflexion and constructive negotiation
