  Organisational development
Our approach to organisational development rests upon an idea of man based on individual responsibility and mutual respect. In organisational development we try to merge the creativity and energy of all members of an organisation, to dissolve logjams and to sharpen the perception inwardly and outwardly.

  Human Resource and Executive Development
In constantly changing markets employees are the core success factor for competition of any company and hence the most valuable asset. Shifting internal and external requirements make a continuous, livelong learning and learning capacity the most urgent concern for economic survival.

  Project management and -monitoring
In recent years the complexity of the environment for business and public administration has increased significantly. Traditional organisational structures do not cater to the challenges anymore. Often the existing organisations are too big, too hierarchically structured and hence too sluggish. The understanding of organisations is fragmented; processes are designed for current contracts. In this situation plans outside of routines such as innovation, structural adjustments etc. cannot be met without "special management".

  Good Governance
Good Governance has become one of the most used buzzwords in the current debate about public action, in both industrialised and developing countries. We understand good governance as a holistic and value-based approach to public action, explicitly including the interaction between public authorities and other stakeholders from civil society in the development process.

  Modernisation of public administration
Public administration with its professional actions has actively participated in laying the foundations for prosperity, development and social balance in Germany. Due to the fast-paced technological and societal change, however, the public sector came under increasing pressure to reform.

  Social management
Working processes in the social sector are experiencing radical changes. Public clients are increasingly asking for costs and impacts of social work and demanding transparency and monitoring. Europe-wide tenders oriented at free competition are replacing institutional sponsorship, massively threatening various organisations in the non-profit sector.

  Economic development
Sustainable economic development in international development cooperation with partner countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America requires different measures that foster regional and local economic development, improve the business and investment climate and increase the competitiveness of actors within individual value chains. more

Public Private Partnerships (PPP) / Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Global challenges such as poverty, hunger, environmental degradation and climate change can only be tackled jointly by politics, business and civil society. A vast array of cooperation forms between these actors has been established that are aligned to the common objective of sustainable economic, environmental and social development. more
