Consultants

		Heidrun Gilde is a management consultant and supervisor active both in Germany and internationally. She has worked with COMO since 1995, specialising in personnel and organisation development and project management in particular. Her work with us includes some multi-year projects in civil participation, peace building and good government in South America. She was also involved in our training programme for organisational consultants as a trainer. more

		Günter Herrmann began his collaboration with COMO ten years ago as an internal consultant for the automobile industry. Today he works with COMO as a freelance management consultant and supervisor on organisation development projects, such as for the Moroccan Ministry of Energy and on the Egyptian education system. Cooperative projects in the area of public private partnerships are currently in the preliminary stages.

		Mona Knesebeck is a freelance trainer and consultant. She has worked with COMO for a number of years with a focus on intercultural communication, team building and conflict management.

		Arnold Landes has been implementing assignments on executive and human resource development, change management and impact monitoring in public administration in Germany with COMO for many years. Furthermore he was a trainer in the programme for organisational consultants that is offered by COMO. more

		Dr. Wolfgang Looss has worked extensively with COMO for over a decade, as supervisor to the COMO team and as trainer and coach to individual employees. He is also involved in our training programme for organisational consultants as a trainer and gives important impulses in our consultancy work. more

		Thomas Lutz is an independent organisational consultant, who specialises in the supervision of change processes in institutions within the water sector. COMO has been working with Thomas Lutz for many years in consulting projects in Germany, Latin America and in the Middle East. more

		Nena Soeprapto-Jansen has worked with COMO for some years now on team building and training in the areas of rural development, regional economic development, health, higher and vocational education and anti-corruption. She is a freelance management consultant who specialises in moderating planning workshops and intercultural decision-making processes in the public sector and the private business community. Her main focus is on Germany and Asia.

		Andrea Warner Jointly with Andrea Warner COMO is enacting consultancy projects in organisational and strategy development and impact monitoring. Furthermore she was a trainer in the training programme for organisational consultants that is offered by COMO. more

		Berghof Peace Support For many years, we have had a prolific partnership with Berghof Peace Support in the areas of "conflict handling and crisis prevention". This cooperation refers to three implementation projects: „Compensation and reconciliation" in the programme for the support of the peace process in Guatemala (PCON), GIZ. „Conflict handling and crisis prevention" (module 4) in the programme for the support of decentralised governance and poverty alleviation in Bolivia (PADEP), GIZ. more „Development of methods and instruments for conflict handling" (module 3) in the programme „Civil participation for peace" in Colombia (PACIPAZ), GIZ. 		Economica Economica is a consulting firm of national and international professionals in Vietnam, delivering high quality advisory services to its business clients and its clients in the development world. Professionals of COMO have cooperated and worked closely with a number of key staff of Economica on various topics in Vietnam regarding the local business and investment climate and private sector development. 		GOPA We have close contact with GOPA GmbH in different fields of work. 		Centre for Woman in Profession and Technology (Zentrum Frau in Beruf und Technik - ZFBT) The ZFBT is an institution based in the city of Castrop-Rauxel, which has been working in consultancy, training and research in the following areas: gender mainstreaming in labour and structural politics, expansion of professional opportunities of women, compatibility of profession and family, advancement of professional promotion of women and networking of women in leadership and decision functions. Through its work since 1994 it has established itself as a key force in diversity management and gender equality.
