Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
eine*n (Bilanz-) Buchhalter*in (Teilzeit ca. 20-30h/Wo.)
 

Stellenbeschreibung

  • • Buchhaltung inklusive Bilanzvorbereitung der Como GmbH sowie mehrerer Arbeitsgemeinschaften (Projektdurchführungsgesellschaften)
  • • Kalkulation, Budgetierung, Abrechnung und Controlling von nationalen und internationalen Projekten
  • • Abwicklung des gesamten Zahlungsverkehrs (auch Ausland)
  • • Liquiditätsplanung und -überwachung
  • • Fremdwährungsmanagement (inkl. Absicherung)
  • • Erstellung von Analysen und Berichten sowie Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Rechtsanwälten
  • • Zusammenarbeit sowie Unterstützung des Office Managements


Anforderungsprofil

  • • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne Weiterbildung zum/r Bilanzbuchhalter/in
  • • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
  • • Fundierte Kenntnisse im MS Office Paket (v.a. Excel)
  • • Englische Sprachkenntnisse; Spanisch und/oder Französisch von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend
  • • Sorgfältige, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit

Job Post 2 - on behalf of GIZ

 

Starting immediately (a total of 18 working days within the period April 1 2020 – July 31st 2020), we are looking to fill the position of an

International Consultant for a Honey Market Study on Regional (Southern Africa) and International markets (Europe, Middle East) to commercialize Mozambican honey


Project Background

The GIZ program “Improving the framework conditions in the private and financial sector” (ProEcon) aims to achieve sustainable economic development in Mozambique through its objective: “Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) use improved framework conditions for inclusive growth”. ProEcon has a project duration of up to 12/2021.

To achieve its goal the program works in three intervention areas:

  1. 1. Enhancing the business environment on national and local level (IA1)
  2. 2. Private sector development (IA2)
  3. 3. Financial systems development (IA3)

 

The planned consultancy will be conducted in the context of the intervention area “Private sector development”. In this approach, Inclusive Business Models (InBM) are identified and promoted in order to integrate MSMEs in supply chains and distribution networks, thereby providing them with opportunities for the creation of more employment and income. The project areas of ProEcon for InBM are focusing on the provinces of Inhambane, Manica and Sofala, Zambezia and Nampula but not restricted to these mentioned provinces.

 

Tasks
The consultant is expected to conduct the following key activities:

  • • Comparative research on regional and international honey markets, defining key aspects of the different markets and their respective specifications.
  • • SWOT or similar analysis of the available market opportunities identified, including ease of access (regulations and policies), required product specifications (conventional vs. organic product, need for specialty/niche products etc.), quantities required, price levels for imported honey distinguished by type / quality and others.
  • • Develop recommendations for an export strategy taking into account the conditions of the Mozambican market and the current situation by the Covid-19 pandemic;
  • • Develop recommendations for ProEcon on how to support its partners and the Mozambican honey sector in its upcoming activities.

The consultant will operate in close coordination with the GIZ project team management and project advisors in Mozambique, related to all organizational issues. The consultant has the responsibility to suggest a suitable approach and methodology for the assignment and plan his/her trips and meetings in Mozambique and outside Mozambique independently (basing on the results to be achieved). He/she should confirm any plans with the project team in Mozambique and validate logistic arrangements before the start of any activity. Planning of activities is to be done in line with other ongoing and foreseen activities of GIZ ProEcon. The consultant will provide documentation and recommendations to the GIZ project and to stakeholders in written form and as specified below.

 

Your profile
You hold

  • • University degree in marketing, apiculture, agriculture or similar fields;
  • • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
  • • Strong technical background in the field of market assessment/study and extensive experience in conducting market studies within regional and international markets
  • • Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
  • • Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
  • • High understanding of the honey value chain will be an asset
  • • Work experience with international cooperation projects and with the German technical cooperation is an asset
  • • Experience working with inclusive business models and partnerships with the private sector is an asset
  • • Proven verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English required. Knowledge of Portuguese is an asset.
