Dr. Thomas Holtkamp started as a geographer and ethnologist in Freiburg. Today, he is a certified systemic organisational and management consultant as well as an EFQM-Assessor. He has been a permanent employee of Como since 2000 and became a partner in 2005. His work focuses mainly on organisational and management consulting, facilitation and training. He has worked both in Germany and abroad, in Rabat, Tunis, Yerevan, Ramallah and Gaziantep as well as in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich, among other places. And sometimes for years.
